Our client is an established company specialising in Manufacturing Industry.

They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Sales Support Executive to support the growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Follow up with customers on quotations and provide expert recommendations to facilitate sales.
  • Successfully close deals to maintain the company's exceptional contract retention rate, surpassing industry standards.
  • Meet monthly targets for contract renewals and call volumes.
  • Ensure timely completion of calling and renewal tasks.
  • Stay updated on our service offerings to maintain a competitive advantage in the industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating customers with utmost respect and ensuring their satisfaction for future contract renewals.
  • Prepare sales reports for contract renewals and provide monthly sales results to team leader.

Requirement:

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is required.
