Roles & Responsibilities

• Timely preparation and handle full sets of accounts including month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Demonstrate and deliver utmost professional performance in the field of Accounting, Corporate Tax, GST and any other services
• Lead intercompany transactions/balance reconciliation. Ensure that all intercompany transactions are recorded and liaise with other entity owners to verify both receivable and payable are properly recorded
• Review and monitor all the financial and costing spectrums of accounts, including debtors, creditors, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions
• Perform review of quarterly GST reporting, submission and handle all GST-related issues
• Carry-out accounting system improvement and participate in new system implementation or upgrading

Requirements

• Hold a good university accounting degree or relevant professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and reporting processes, working experience in handling full set accounting in a medium organiation
• Supervise staff on daily and monthly accounts
• A self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Prior working with the SAP ERP system would be advantageous
• Meticulous, organized, good attention to details, independent and takes ownership of task assigned
