    About Our Client

    Our client is one of the largest Global Luxury Brands. With multiple brands in their portfolio, they are renowned for their excellence in fashion, watches, and jewelry.



    Main Duties & Responsibilities
    They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate to join them as a Human Resources Manager taking care of their Singapore and Malaysia markets for one of their most well renowned jewelry brands.


    Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Director, you will provide the full spectrum of Human Resources functions and be a strategic partner to the Executive Committee. Your key responsibilities include:

    • Understanding the business strategy and developing strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborating with various business leaders on workforce planning for business growth.
    • Provide HR advice and contribute to organizational performance.
    • Collaborating with the Total Rewards Team on salary benchmarking and proposing action plans.
    • Managing and preparing Head Counts, personnel cost plans, budgets, and annual reviews.
    • Partnering with the TA team for recruitment and onboarding.
    • Supporting individual development plans and talent reviews and collaborating on employees' development plans and corporate training.
    • Driving performance reviews aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Fostering and driving a conducive working environment.
    • Handling any tribunal cases, managing complaints, and grievances.
    • Coaching line managers and conducting regular engagement surveys.

    Candidate Profile
    Singapore * Permanent

    • Degree holder with 10 years in HR Business Partner role.
    • Strong cross-team collaboration, influencing, and communication skills.
    • Interpersonal and consulting skills across all organizational levels.
    • Results-driven with proactive problem-solving abilities.
    • Energetic, positive, and initiative-driven.
    • High sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
