Description

• Must be able to perform troubleshooting and repair works for ACMV system on site.
• Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on aircon equipment in building facilities and offices, building systems, HDB, grounds, and structures.
• Install, inspect, maintain, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
• Install new airconditioning systems and equipment.
• Make plans and designs of new airconditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
• Identify faulty parts and provide recommendation when required.

• At least 5 years of working experience
• Able to communicate basic English and work under pressure at multiple job sites under tight datelines.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, reaching, crouching, push/pull objects, etc.
• Good team player
• Electrical handson experience in the maintenance or building construction industry will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently
