**General Manager

**Job Description: The General Manager of Asia Pacific will be responsible for leading the country heads in the region to achieve business goals and maximize the profitability of the oversea businesses. You will set strategic directions for business expansion and implement mid-term and long-term growth plans in the region.

  • Lead and monitor the respective Asia Pacific Offices to effectively achieve and optimize the business performance
  • Manage the operational and financial performances of Asia Pacific Offices to meet the overall regional goals and revenue targets
  • Identify business opportunities to grow to ensure sustainable regional growth
  • Lead collaboration with business heads to identify business prospects and opportunities for profit growth and business expansion
  • Formulate and drive strategic plans that enhance subsidiaries operational and system efficiency, strengthen sales & marketing

Job Requirements:


  • MBA / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
  • At least 15 years of relevant working experience in the similar industry
  • Possess strong regional strategic planning ability and organizational skills
  • Have strong drive, visionary and result oriented
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding analytical and decision making skills
  • Good communication skills and able to work with staff of all levels
  • Ready to travel regionally
