- Tenant Acquisition: Identify potential tenants via various channels, such as marketing campaigns and referrals, and engage in proactive outreach
- Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring that agreement are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Property Inspection: Conduct inspections with prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of the property and addressing any inquiries
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, rental rates, and competition to recommend pricing strategies and adjust lease terms accordingly
- Lease Documentations: Prepare lease agreements, review them with tenants, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and swiftly
- Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with current tenants, addressing their concerns and coordinating necessary maintenance and repairs
- Financial Management: Monitor rent payments, track expenses related to leasing activities, and report on leasing performance to management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Singapore real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and other relevant legislation.
- 3-4 years of experience in leasing and/or property management
- Experience in leasing & property management, particularly in residential/commercial properties, knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulation are advantageous
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
