The Challenges

As Assistant/Manager*, you will provide operational including project management, and administrative support in the areas of surgical care and other hospital initiatives.

Your scope includes assistance to craft strategies and policies on operational processes, workflow design, and financial assessment. As part of operational oversight, some degree of data extraction and analysis will be expected. You will also partner with clinical leads to effect patient centric initiatives across clinical disciplines and non-clinical departments. You will contribute towards the building and maintenance of operational excellence, towards value-based improvement of healthcare processes and services. There will be opportunities for you to work with partners and stakeholders beyond the hospital.

The position requires an independent and self-driven individual with a deep passion for public healthcare, and is keen to take up enriching opportunities to further develop his/her career and growth in public healthcare administration.

The Requirements

A good degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant working experience.
Exposure to, or experience in healthcare finance, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantages
Fluent in English and have a flair for numbers
A team player, ability to exercise prompt initiatives, manage pressure, multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment
Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
