Servicenow QA Test Lead - Singapore - Cognizant Technology Solutions
Description
Role Responsibilities- Ensure quality delivery of project deliverables in a timely manner
- Collaborate with a team, consisting of onshore and offshore Functional and Automated Testers
- Document, troubleshoot, and followup on all issues that are encountered during the performance and execution of manual and automated testing
- Experience on following ServiceNow modules and writing test scripts manual as well as automated CSM, Service Portal, Domain Separation, Virtual Agent, Workforce Management, Performance Analytics, AI enabled features of servicenow, SPM, ITBM and multiple other servicenow modules aligned.
Skills and Expertise
- Min 812 years of overall experience. 68 years of ServiceNow experience
- Able to convert basic requirements into technical requirements, and the ability to interpret existing technical requirements
- Provide excellent customer collaboration to clarify and refine complex requirements
- Experience in Development and Design test scripts using ServiceNow platform capabilities including: CSM, SLA, Rest Integrations, Virtual Agent, Portals, Reports, Performance Analytics, Workforce Optimization, ITSM.
- Ability to communicate across multiple teams, service owners, and key stakeholders
