Our client is a global MNC, one of the most established pioneers in the FMCG industry.

Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Officer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.

They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the customer in articulating their requirements via carefully designed questions
Accurately identify the issue encountered by the customer to provide the right support
Understand the necessary skills and abilities to resolve customer's issues
Coordinate with internal support teams to help resolve customers' concerns
Followup and update customer details
Passing on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the respective internal teams
Preparation of simple monthly reports for feedback to supervisor
