Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for oversees and coordinates construction projects, planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process, from project initiation to completion.
To work closely with project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet the desired objectives.
Analyse tender documents and understand the needs of the client, plan and coordinate bid preparation to ensure deadlines are met and review the overall pricing of tenders and ensure the correctness of costing.
Manage to handle tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards and also monitor and supervise on-site activities, ensuring that the work is carried out safely and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
In addition to project management, serve as effective communicators and problem solvers, facilitate collaboration among project team members, resolve conflicts, and address any issues or challenges that arise during construction and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring that everyone involved is well-informed.
