Do you enjoy serving customers and tending to their requests? We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Customer Service team.

We need someone who enjoys communicating with our customers and providing advice to our customers. Your role will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing solutions, and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:Provide a clear explanation of the various loan and credit option alongside its contractual terms to the clientSelect and recommend the best loan package for the clientCompute payment details for the clientReview loan agreements to ensure that completeness and accuracy is in accordance to the company policyAny other ad-hoc dutiesRequirements

At least 1 year of sales experienceOutgoing personalityProficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers)Proficiency in dialect (Eg Cantonese or Hokkien will be an added advantage)How To Apply
