Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :.

• Support Site Manager in planning of site construction works.·
• Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.·
• Coordinate with various Authorities/government/utility agencies for initial site clearance.·
• Coordinate with QP(S) including submission of necessary documents·
• Work with team of engineers and supervisors to execute daily site works for Cut & Cover Tunnel works including ERSS works, deep excavation, strutting works, RC works, and backfilling works.·
• Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.·
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress at site.·
• Continuously ensure adherence to planned timelines.·
• Maintain and monitor quality controls.·
• Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.·
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site·
• Manage and supervise sub-contractors in ensuring work progress is followed up and completed.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :·

Educational Level and the field of study: Tertiary Education in civil engineering fields·

• Min 5 years related experience in infrastructure works (especially previous coordination experience with Authorities/Utility Agencies).
• Familiar with coordination with government agencies, strong in planning and documentation.
