• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Web3 and fintech space, including DeFi protocols, NFTs, block chain technology, cryptocurrency and channel development.
• Developing and driving GTM (Go-To-Market) plans and explore B2B/B2C opportunities. Develop/brainstorm creative GTM plans and initiatives with internal department and external partners and support in the execution.
• Develop a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives in the Web3 space. This may include identifying target audiences, defining key messages, and setting marketing KPIs.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote the company's Web3 products and engage with the community.
• Identify and establish channel partnerships with other organizations in the Web3 and fintech space. These partnerships can help expand the reach of your products and services.
• Monitor the performance of marketing efforts, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to the management team. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve the marketing strategy.

• Minimum Diploma holder in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Good interpersonal skills and proficient in both English and Mandarin due to communication required with Mandarin Speaking clients
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Understand and navigate the regulatory landscape in the fintech and Web3 sectors.
