    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform shift duty and specialize in Gas/Chemical system operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency response.
    • Operate and maintain gas, chemical, and tank car filling supply systems.
    • Execute system hook-ups and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
    • Implement cost control and cost reduction activities.
    • Manage vendors and evaluate 2nd source vendors.
    • Plan and order critical spares and consumables items.
    • Formulate FMEA for systems and implement risk-reduction measures.
    • Monitor SPC by daily reviewing trend charts.
    • Develop and review Operational Procedures and Work Instructions.
    • Assist in preparing yearly expense and CAPEX budget.
    • Contribute effectively as a team member in department task forces, committees, and special projects.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
    • Preferably, 2 years of relevant experience in plant facilities system operation and maintenance.
    • Minimum requirement of 1 year of semiconductor working experience preferred.
    • Possess good interpersonal skills, proactivity, and observation skills.
    • Proficient in PPT, Excel, and presentation skills.
    • Willingness to perform rotational shifts.
