_Customer Service Officer - Outram Road ( 5 day) _

- handle and manage customers' feedback and complaints

- responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal / external customers & partners

- responsible for front office & back -office duties which includes customers enquiries, quotation, order processing & fulfilment

-tracks & assists in collection of otustanding payments

- diploma level & above with 3 -4 years of experience in servcie - related industry

can start work immediately is an advantage
**- Basic salary : S$ S$ 2800 neg
