Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for legal support in the overseas operations of a social gaming app, drafting compliance documents, and ensuring compliance in major global markets.
2. Monitor legal regulations and enforcement trends in overseas locations, provide assessments of compliance risks, offer recommendations, and drive implementation.
3. Clearly understand the needs of business departments, providing legal training and advocacy.
4. Establish and improve compliance systems related to company operations in regulatory domains and execute various compliance tasks.
5. Handle litigation, disputes involving overseas entities (Singapore entity), complaints, investigations, and dispute resolutions involving overseas law enforcement agencies.
6. Ensure daily operations of overseas entities comply with local laws and regulations.
7. Participate in legal affairs related to overseas business, such as business negotiations, drafting, revising, reviewing overseas business contracts and commercial agreements, intellectual property layout, and maintenance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a legal-related field.
2. 3 or more years of work experience, preferably in the gaming industry.
3. Knowledge in IP Litigation and gaming-related litigation is preferred.
