    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • To provide administrative support to site staff, including managing records and site-related documentation.
    • Ensure and maintain proper technical documentation and a filing system of documents, records, and information.
    • Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with all documentation.
    • Track and provide a weekly or monthly update on document control quality metrics.
    • Create standardized templates and procedures.
    • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

    REQUIREMENT:

    • Min diploma or above
    • Min 3 years relevant experience in Construction Industry
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Detail-oriented and organised
    • Working at Changi East Area, site office
