    Responsibilities:

    Head of Media is the senior lead for media at T&Pm Singapore, ensuring that our clients' media investments are strategically sound, effectively executed, and deliver maximum impact. This role is responsible for developing and implementing media and comms strategies that inform integrated strategy and creative ideas and drive business results for our clients working along side the Strategy and Creative leads.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing media strategies that align with clients' business objectives and creative direction
    • Leading the media and comms planning process, ensuring the effective use of media budgets across various channels and platforms
    • Collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to develop integrated solutions that drive impact for clients
    • Monitoring, analysing, and optimizing media performance to deliver better results and ROI
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest media trends, channels, platforms, technologies, and best practices, and sharing insights with the team and clients
    • Participating in key pitches and new business initiatives to unlock revenue opportunities from a media POV for T&Pm SG
    • Build client satisfaction by soliciting feedback and operating like a consultant
    • Acts as a client visionary, by bringing a highly valued perspective to the client based on a deep understanding of their business, issues and opportunities
    • Dual responsibilities of client leadership
    • Part of Singapore leadership team

    The qualities that will make you successful

    • 10+ years of relevant media agency experience; a background in CPG/Automotive/Tech industries is preferred
    • Experienced in media strategy, communications planning, integrated planning, with a strong understanding of digital channels
    • Strong media expertise across various channels and platforms
    • Deep understanding of media and channel landscape (with working knowledge in Asia), including emerging trends and technologies
    • Experience managing multiple markets work (Regional and/or Global).
    • Proven ability to develop and execute effective media and comms strategies that drive business results
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Significant proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to a variety of stakeholders at multiple levels.
    • Can manage numerous projects concurrently and consistently to deliver high quality work to deadlines
    • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Comfortable leading high profile accounts that require resilience and high EQ
    • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with your team and clients
