- Managing user accounts, permissions and entitlements in Microsoft Active Directory and other relevant business applications
- Maintaining appropriate user entitlements throughout the employee lifecycle (Joiners/Movers/Leavers).
- Liaising with users and stakeholders with regards to user accounts and entitlements
- Monitoring of daily back-end jobs are run successfully
- Experience performing user administration in a Windows Active Directory and Linux environment
- Experience of CyberArk and Privileged Access management
- Experience in running SQL scripts and queries
- Experience performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications.
- Basic familiarity with Windows server administration (checking of services, etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards; strong organizational skills; able to manage time, priorities and workload; provide documentation and accountability
- Some activities may be required to be done on weekends on public holidays, but to be kept at a minimum
