    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain of machinery & facility maintenance records for traceability needs
    • Maintaining of air conditioning, electric power, plumbing and lighting system, cleaning, decoration, grounds, building keeping and security of building surroundings.
    • Responsible in overseeing all aspects of safety to ensure compliance to the Workplace and Health Act and other safety related statutory legislations.
    • Conducting audits in facilities on relevant risks and support and work with facilities to mitigate these risks.
    • Maintaining comprehensive records and reports on safety and environment management activities.
    • Monitor and escort external sub-contractors in carrying out repair and maintenance works within Company's premises
    • To react actively in recovery of daily machineries & accessories breakdown (To be efficient with least MB downtime)
    • To provide support in daily mechanical, electrical or air-conditioning preventive maintenance works inclusive of building maintenance
    • Plan, schedule and perform of preventive maintenance program on machinery & facility (Compressor, cooling tower, air-condition, etc)
    • Attend to all break downs or complaints promptly and to perform investigation and rectification works
    • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance
    • Work closely with purchaser to be cost efficient for repair and maintenance tasks

    Requirements:

    • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/ Tool & Die/ Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent;
    • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience preferred;
    • Candidates holding an Electrician's license and prior relevant working experience in medical molds industry will be an added advantage.
