- Engage and support the GP partners in the network
- Provide administrative support to department activities and programmes
- Handle financial and procurement related matters for the department
- Collate data and prepare reports for quality improvement
- Perform secretariat duties as and when required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and HOD
- Possess a Degree (Preferably in Health or Social related)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
- Able to multi-task and work independently and as a team
- Good organisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
