Description

Jobscope:

  • Maintaining and supporting middle to large systems, used by 300 users.
  • Investigation of system issues and providing resolutions.
  • Assist in upgrading existing systems as required.
  • Assist in gathering of requirements and providing test cases for the solutions
  • Risk mitigation planning
  • Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation
  • Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
  • Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
  • Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
  • Ensure compliance of data management, access control and usage with organization data governance policy
  • Training of users
  • Any other adhoc duties to ensure smooth operation of systems

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in a technical discipline, with emphasis on Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to do coding in any programming language will be considered. VB coding experience will be preferred. SQL coding is must to have.
  • Great individual performer as well as contributor in a team
  • High level written and communication skills
  • Critical and Analytical thinking ability
  • Strong problem solving capability
  • Knowledgeable in Laboratory processes will be advantageous
  • Able to work under pressure
  • At least 4 years of experience in the same field
