- Diagnose and repair hearing aids on-site, and troubleshoot by diagnosing technical issues effectively
- Conduct clinical device checks
- Maintain accurate service records, track repair cases and customer complaints while providing solutions
- Collaborate with the service center team to improve scheduling, patient follow-ups, and workflow efficiency
- Educate customers on proper device care and usage to enhance satisfaction and reduce future issues
- Work in the regional Clinical Excellence team by executing strategic regional projects.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Audiology (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations (2-3 times per week)
- Good technical knowledge of hearing aid devices, repair procedures, and troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with Signia products is advantageous.
- 1-3 years' experience of working in a clinical setting

Additionally, you would be supporting service center operations, educating customers on device care, while executing strategic regional projects.
This is a one-year contract role.
