Job Description:

Process and policy optimizationDrive the review and optimization of processes across all operating markets to increase operational efficiency, effectiveness and improve user experience (both internally and externally)Develop and align operational best practices, processes and SOPs across all markets.

Track, report and analyze operational targets and metrics to identify areas of growth opportunities.

Facilitate the implementation of group-level initiatives at the department levelProject Owner for strategic projectsLead strategic projects across all operating markets and accountable for managing scope, timeline and resources of multiple work streams spanning local and regional teams across the value chain to deliver project objectives.

Track and provide senior management visibility on key projects.

Facilitate the management, commercial negotiation and contracting of regional vendorsRequirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Commerce or Business equivalentExperience in project management and process improvement, preferably in a financial services/technology/commerce industryExperience working with cross-functional, multi-country teamsStrong stakeholder management skills and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendationsDemonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple and complex projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesHigh energy, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic start-up environmentProficiency in Python/SQL/business analytics is a plus, but not a must
