    Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people.     Responsibilities:

    • Support in cost saving, service level, payment terms and any other KPIs set in the Purchasing Department.
    • Assist in sourcing the right vendors and request for proposal to secure competitive pricing and terms.
    • Process Purchase requisitions and Purchase Order & Contract issuance in accordance with Company Policy.
    • Procure, expedite and Co-ordinate to ensure purchases are secured in accordance with established procurement policies and procedures.
    • Support in Sales Turnkey and Environment Sustainability Projects
    • Manage and update Vendor onboarding/information within the system
    • Assist supplier relationship management by evaluating vendor KPI and performance measures to maintain high supplier standards.

    Requirements:

    • University students with Purchasing, Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Engineering
    • Must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
    • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Preferably candidates with VBA Excel Knowledge
    • Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office.
