    Description

    MAINTENANCE PLANNER

    • Reliable compliance with requirements for quality, environmental, occupational health, safety, and welfare whilst performing duties on behalf of the company.
    • Maintaining the Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for all Diving equipment and other supporting equipment.
    • Maintaining related IMCA documents for diving systems, such as D023, D040, to ensure all Company certificates are kept up to date and valid.
    • Issuing, tracking, and recording the movement of all equipment and consumables drawn daily and on project sites.
    • Preparing documents related to pre-mobilization and pre-demobilization activities.
    • Distributing Packing Lists and Proforma Invoices to relevant parties for customs / yard clearance.
    • Coordinating major maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems as required.
    • Coordinating with external providers on relevant matters and updating Asset Manager / Dive System Tech Authority on a regular basis.
    • Participating in administrative duties pertaining to creating periodic reports, maintaining logs and records, general maintenance, and compiling Repair Upgrade Request forms (MRUs) for monthly job summaries.
    • Providing assistance to the Operations Manager and Diving Supervisor regarding project equipment and logistics support.
    • Provide assistance to the QA / QC Manager regarding Integrated Management System and Planned Maintenance System documentation.

    DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

    • Maintain the master list of internal and external documented information and its current version.
    • Facilitate the documented information approval and distribution only after proper ratification.
    • Keep the master copy of documented information in paper and/or electronic form.
    • Make the current versions of documented information accessible for review and revision purposes.
    • Maintain the identification, retrieval, and disposal of obsolete documents or cancelled documents.
    • Maintain records of the documented information distribution and retrieval register, document master list, and record master list.
    • Ensure that the necessary documents are accessible to respective users.
    • Ensure to avoid the usage of superseded or invalid documents.
    • Printing of Project documents
    • Handle the collation of documents required for all audits.
    • Assist QAQC with ensuring documents required for audits are submitted to third party auditors efficiently.
    • Assist the Technical Report Writer in filing project documents.
