Job Descriptions

  • Work with Chef and outlet manager on menu promotion and wine pairing selection
  • Ensure cleanliness for the wine storage areas and maintained well for the equipment
  • Ensure stock, supplies and equipment are adequate for daily operation. Responsible to replenish shortages of items needed for the operation
  • Recommend wine for guests to enhance their dining experience

Requirements:


  • Min 13 years of management experience in a finedining restaurant with indepth knowledge of wines.
  • Possess knowledge in Wine
  • Experience in wine pairing knowledge, wine service, encompassing alcoholic or nonalcoholic items.
