Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with construction /construction machinery industry work experience to join our team in Singapore and grow into a press-in technology expert.

We seek an open-minded person with strong communication and social skills, who easily adapts to changing situations and responds well to different international cultures.

• Be the primary point of contact for technical questions and coordination of issue management and problem resolution
• Collaborate with internal sources and specialists to resolve any customer issues
• Maintain and develop current relationships with partners and customers
• Participate in optimizing sales processes and contribute new products promotion strategies
• Participate in customer onboarding, strategic planning, consultative services
• Participate in proposing to and/or advising (potential) customers on construction methodologies, structural design, and etc. that would be suitable for their projects
• Provide sales product training within the company or at customer location
• Present (new) technologies, products, and services during conferences/seminars
• Connect with principals/engineering companies by attending conferences/seminars, generate leads and follow up on them
• Support acquisition and development of new business opportunities, report business trends observed in the industry

• Experience in technical sales or sales (B2B) positions
• Experience in construction/construction machinery industry
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Businesslevel proficiency in English and communication skills in Chinese
• Enthusiastic and flexible in learning new things.
• Problem solver with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience with MS Office
