JOB DESCRIPTION

· Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to acquire knowledge and skills in business advisory services

· Learn about industry trends, market analysis techniques, and business development strategies

· Assist in conducting financial analysis and performance evaluations for client businesses

· Learn to interpret financial statements, assess profitability, and identify areas for improvement

· Assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections

· Support business advisors in developing strategic plans and growth strategies for client organizations

· Learn to conduct market research, identify competitive advantages, and evaluate business opportunities

· Assist in drafting business plans and presenting recommendations to clients

· Shadow experienced business advisors in client meetings and interactions

· Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing personalized advice and support

· Assist in addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

· Assist in coordinating and managing projects related to business advisory services

· Support business advisors in project planning, execution, and evaluation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma and above

· Strong interest in business advisory services, consulting, or entrepreneurship

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
