    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

    This is a risk management officer position covering the management and on-going monitoring of loan underwriting transactions originated by LCMA. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing risk management activities for whole LCMA.

    Job Responsibilities

    • To review and opine for underwriting applications from risk control and management stand point.
    • To validate, monitor and manage MtM for new / outstanding UW portfolio (including Secondary Loan Trading) of whole LCMA.
    • To take charge for responding to the inquiries for UW risk control and management matters by the relevant departments.
    • To coordinate for organizing UW committee with Risk Management Department in the region.
    • To monitor the UW loss guidelines and suggest the action plan as needed.
    • To review and update departmental manuals related to UW risk control and management.
    • To prepare and manage internal reports for UW risk control and management
    • To review and create plans for enhancement of underwriting risk control and management framework
    • Assist on ad-hoc projects (if any)

    Job Requirements

    • University graduate with bachelor of degree in finance, risk control and management
    • Experience in loan underwriting and / or syndication
    • Experience in risk control and management for loan portfolio
    • Experience in credit / loan underwriting analysis
    • Communicating Effectively
    • Business mind/Good balance to support business in a positive manner
    • 10-15 years working experience in the relevant sector
    • Good capability in creating reports for risk control and management
