Description
Plan and arrange daily job schedule and routing of Service Technicians

  • Maintain Service reports and ensure timely routine servicing is carried out
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Responsible for the daytoday operational management
  • Attend to Customer feedback
  • Inventory control and management
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the team
Handle other ad hoc projects as requested by Management


Requirements:


  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Min GCE 'O' levels/ITE/Higher Nitec / Diploma
  • Location in Ang Mo Kio Industiral Park (Factory Building)
