- Validate the completeness and accuracy of payments by ensuring that allsupporting documents are in order
- Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling oftransactions to ensure payments are in order
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance withdocumented processes
- Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers areaccurate for the purpose of charging to the correct expense accounts
- Review and provide data and information for periodic managementreporting and to provide support for external Financial Audit Management
- Assess and propose changes to the processes, procedures and systemsto achieve high level of efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in system designs and conduct user acceptance test to ensurethat system design meets the operational requirements
- Work closely with IT & relevant parties to resolve payment related issuesand ensure payment timeliness
- Minimum ITE NITEC Accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in finance/accounting experience
- Team player, meticulous, independent and analytical
- Good communication and presentation skills
