Responsibilities

• Coordination and preparation of all project artefacts through collecting, analysing, summarizing information and ensuring artefacts are delivered in accordance to the project delivery process and standards
• Assist in preparations of reports and dashboards (forecast reports, budget status, and other management related reports) at group level
• Monitoring progress of projects and highlight to Group Head of potential issues
• Coordinating and ensuring quality controls for the deliverables are met
• Track and review project financials for completeness and accuracy prior to submission, and assist project managers in procurement activities, including liaising with vendors
• Tracking expenses and predicting future costs
• Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
• Prepare meeting agenda, presentation materials and meeting minutes plus supporting documentation for management meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in Project Management Office, banking environment and/or project management knowledge
• Meticulous, analytical and result oriented
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Well-versed with MS Power-point and MS Excel
• Familiarity with project portfolio management tool
• understand Project SDLC process
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Innovative and adaptable
• Willing to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
• A team player as well as able to work independently
