Patient Service Associate (Outpatient Pharmacy)
**2 years contract*
The Challenges:

Assisting in processing of medication orders for inpatient and outpatient dispensing and supplies.
Performing cashier and billing functions.
Adhering to the policies and procedure pertaining to Good Dispensing Practices
Providing advice on the products kept in pharmacy.
Handling telephone and walkin enquiries from patients and hospital staff.
Assisting in the reception and patient registration in the pharmacy areas.
Assisting in providing quality customer service.
Receiving, unpacking and checking stocks against the appropriate documents, ensuring that items supplied are correct and accounted for.
Arranging stocks in FEFO order.
Performing stock receipts and issues/ transfer in the inventory systems.
Assisting in counting the stock during stock taking
Monitoring and maintaining inventory of stocks in the areas of work such as replenishing of stock in the pharmacy.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas and prepare work areas for daily operations.
Participating actively in the various activities organized by the hospital such activities include QC, community projects, staff welfare and recreational activities and etc.
Assisting in daily manpower role allocation
Assisting in orientating and training new staff
Any other duties as assigned

What it Takes:

Min. GCE 'N' levels
Computer literate, IT Savvy
Customer service skills
Able to work staggered shifts between 8.15am7.30pm on weekdays and 4.5hours (between 8am 8pm) on alternate Saturday / Sunday
Comfortable rotating between YCH, KTPH and TTSH
