Architectural Supervisor - Singapore - THIAN SUNG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for project.
- Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
- Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
- Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
- Supervising the interior fit out works, coordination with subcontractors.
- Liaise with respective subcontractors on work methods and sequencing.
- Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
Requirements:
- Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in architectural works from Construction/ Building/ Engineering industry
- Prior experiences in Condo projects will be an added advantage
