Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Setting: Private Therapy Centre

Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon-Fri / Tues-Sat 9am-6pm

We are seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to join our client's wonderful team. Responsibilities:

• To conduct initial assessments both informally through clinical observations, and formally via standardised assessments
• Ideally knowledge of the following assessments: sensory profile, VMI, BOT-2, Movement ABC, DASH
• Setting and reviewing goals for intervention
• Providing ongoing intervention on a 1-1 basis
• Providing ongoing intervention in a group setting
• To provide small group therapy within our early intervention program Ready Let's Go
• Provide verbal and written feedback to parents on a regular basis
• To provide family education and training to assist in carryover of skills into the clients' daily lives
• To work as part of a team

Requirements:

• Degree recognised by AHPC
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience and registered with AHPC
• New graduates will also be considered and supervised under AHPC
