    The People, Performance and Culture team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team's responsibilities include recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management, global mobility, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and development and staff communications.

    We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Graduate Recruitment (Campus) team. In this role, you will be involved in campus outreach events, activities and programs to meet the hiring needs and create strong talent pipelines for the future. You will partner with our internal clients on recruitment matters and execute campus recruitment events, branding and marketing initiatives.
    The role involves:
  • End to end graduate and intern recruitment- not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment, selection and evaluation, arranging of interviews, offer and onboarding
  • Accurate and regular tracking of candidate status and progress
  • Active sharing of job and company information with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Management and establishment of strong stakeholder relationships with partners, hiring managers and HR business partners
  • Establishment of strong relationships with campus career services offices and student organisations to drive collaborations in line with hiring strategies
  • Planning, coordination and participation in campus recruitment events such as career fairs, corporate visits, webinars to maintain consistent employer brand presence
  • Planning and coordination internship programs and activities including onboarding, training, placements, events, performance management and offers
  • Contribution of new ideas and suggestions in graduate recruitment while staying abreast of latest recruitment trends and influences
  • The ideal candidate should:
  • Degree holder with around 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (including relevant experience in graduate recruitment)
  • Be proactive, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Be client-focused and able to interact confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Possess a curious mind and propensity to challenge the status quo
  • Have an adaptable mindset to change and shift gears comfortably
  • Ideally be well-versed in the usage of Applicant Tracking System and MS Office tools
  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Have track records in mass volume hiring
  • Have experience working with universities and managing multiple events and project is a plus
