Cost Accounting Supervisor - Singapore - BGC GROUP PTE. LTD.

Job Scope Summary:

• Costing functions such as standard cost amortization, variance analysis, cost summary review, etc.
• Annual standard cost updates in Oracle system
• Review and manage AR including collection, cash application, credit limit, invoice transmission, dispute resolution, etc.
• Review and manage distributor's Ship & Debit claims,
• Audits – assist in inventory and distributors audits.
• Inventory E&O provisions, account reconciliation, in-transit review, distributor inventory reconciliations, etc.
• POS review, upload and validation
• Accruals for various items such as samples, adders, wafer receipts, etc.
• Return Material Authorization (RMA) accruals and review
• Rebate review, accrual, authorization and payment
• Discrepant Material Requisition (DMR) validation and review process.
• Liaise with auditors on specific item related to duties specified
• New System implementation and projects
• Other adhoc duties as may be assigned by Finance Director.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be a Chartered Accountant, Institute of Cost Accountants (ICMAI), MBA or CPA
• Experienced in managing world wide inventory standard costing systems
• Strong in standard cost variences and allocation
• Able to manage revenue and related areas such as AR and customer Credit
• Proficeint in managing standard cost updates in Oracle or SAP
• Sound excel skills (Pivot table, Vlookup, etc.)
