Description

We are hiring for a Business Analyst to work in Government Agency as a key member of the project team to deliver ICT capabilities to realise Singapore's vision of a Smart Nation.

You will be working in an Agile environment which comprising the Project Manager, Solution Architect and the Technical Services Consultant.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams (vendor), to gather and document requirements for digital initiatives
Evaluate and recommend IT solutions that best address the needs
Work on development and documentation of detailed functional requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for digital transformation projects.
Prioritise product backlog through rigorous information gathering and analysis with stakeholders.
Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution analyse impact of requested changes
Support the testing and quality assurance efforts, including test cases creation, system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

- min. Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline

Participated in 1 full SDLC using Agile methodology
Experience in Agile / Scrum ceremonies
