    Qualifications:

    · Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or culinary environment.

    · A passion for food and a keen understanding of flavour profiles, culinary techniques, and food presentation.

    · Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

    · Creativity and innovation in menu development, with a willingness to push culinary boundaries.

    · Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

    · A commitment to quality, consistency, and excellence in all aspects of food preparation and service.

    · Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
