- Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter,
- Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
- Receive and greet visitors professionally and in a courteous manner and manager courier services.
- Handle incoming calls in professional manner and direct it to the appropriate person.
- Manage office supplies.
- Maintain and order pantry stocks e,g drinks and snacks and maintenance of coffee machine.
- Liaise with contractor on general facility management and weekly check on cleaning services e.g cleanliness and provide feedback ro cleaning service vendor on any unsatisfied work done.
- Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.
- Coordinate fire drill exercise and maintain proper records after each exercise.
- Handling deliveries, incoming and outgoing mails.
- Arrange ad hoc, company events and other administrative duties assgned by superior.
- Assist HR operations team in adminstrative task
- Attend to enquries via email and phone call
- Able to commmunicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking assoicates)
- Minimum N level / O level
- PC literate in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration
- Prior experience in reception, customer service or business operators
- Customer oriented with a professional attitude
- A strong team player
- Meticulour and pro-active
- Must be willing to work in Tuas Area
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice
