Description
**Job ResponsibilitiesAdministrative assistant roles in Asset Management department include, but are not limited to,
- Responsible for upkeep of vehicle inspection and vehicle servicing records
- In charge of managing and monitoring of monthly road tax due
- Managing and allocating parking locations for vehicles
- Ensuring the registration and deregistration of vehicles
- Managing, updating and analyzing data tables
- Responsible for monitoring of drivers' downtime payout
- To assist with generation of reports and data entries
- Collating and submitting invoices through the system.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Education/Qualifications
- GCE "A/O" level/Diploma holder
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good team player
- Eye for detail
