    Objectives

    The Service Admin Coordinator/Executive is responsible for handling all customers' requests in his/her designated terrorities and support the team in responding to maintenance services, repair work and modernization to exceed customers' expectation. The incumbent also responsible for handling order processing duties, coordinate with internal customers to prepare logistics to meet KPI and schedule service calls, effectively plan service/maintenance calls for Service Engineers.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
    • Handle customer calls and emails enquiry.
    • Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
    • Effectively schedule breakdown, installation service and preventive maintenance appointments for Service Engineers.
    • Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators)
    • Support AR Collection

    Key Competencies

    • Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
    • Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.
    • Strong multitask and coordination skills
    • Strong attention to details
    • Ability to handle high volume of work

    Qualification:

    • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent discipline.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
    • Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
