Job Requirements:

Diploma in Social Work
Experience in eldercare preferred
Comfortable with working with seniors
Mandarin Speaking
Singaporean or P R are welcome to apply

Job Descriptions:

Conduct casework
Perform stakeholder engagement and partnerships
Perform community development work
Design, implement and conduct Groupwork and Interest Based Groups for elderly
Provide social and emotional support through home visits, care planning and activity recommendation
Provide support for volunteer management
Maintain and document records of groupwork and case sessions
Provide support to Case Managers
Coordinate, plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes
Conduct environmental scans and community need assessments
