Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesFull-Time Receptionist cum Admin Assistant:
· Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone queries) for School and MOE Kindergarten
· Provide administrative support such as contacting parents, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, data entry & data collation, including manning of the school's generic email account.
· Handling of students who are not feeling well, injured, late comers and early dismissals.
· Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration
Requirements:
· The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
· Possess minimum 3 GCE "N" Level Passes or Nitec or Higher Nitec in relevant courses such as Office skills/Customer relations or equivalent.
· Proficient in computer applications such as Ms Word, Excel etc.
· Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or customer relationship management, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution.
· Able to relate well with young children.
