Description
**Red Dot Penguins is hiring a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer who is committed to join us on a long-term basis. We have a few centres in Singapore, and if you are available to work a few hours during the weekends, WE WANT YOU_Requirements:
_
- Strong interest in customer service and relationshipbuilding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Pleasant personality
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and committed individual
- Able to commit on Weekends (any of the below sessions)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry would be an added advantage
_Working location and hours:

Toa Payoh West (nearest
MRT:
Caldecott)
Sun: 8.30am pm
Fri: 3.30pm to 6.45pm
Sat: 8am to 11.15am and 2.30pm to 6.30pm
Sun: 2.30pm to 6.30pm
**Salary: $15 per hour (During training, $10 per hour)
