- Minimum 2 PQE with corporate commercial experience gained either within private practice or an in house setting
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to: licensing agreements, privacy agreements, procurement agreements, MSAs, SPAs, NDAs
- Experience providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters i.e. marketing (advertising, promotion, labelling)
- Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support
- Ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice and thrive in a large, fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and other agreements
- Maintain and update documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
