experienced wide spectrum of construction related legal matters (including reviewing and negotiating consultancy contracts related to architecture, engineering and other professional services relating to development projects) for both Singapore, overseas and cross-border projects;
- advising on a variety of general commercial and construction related documents, including tender documentation, PSSCOC and request for proposals;
- assist with the spectrum of financial and commercial issues relating to real estate development and infrastructure works where required.
