Description

• Identify and assist with customer's needs to achieve satisfactions
• Build and maintain relationship with clients
• Perform call back to customer and coordinate follow up actions/service recovery
• Send review request to client upon project completion
• Keep customer records accurately in the system, including notes about interactions and file documents
• Provide support to any adhoc duties as assigned

• Working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office Applications
