    Description

    As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    1. Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and align them through large-scale workshops.
    2. Solution Design: Work with internal and external partners to design solutions, and infrastructure, and develop relevant governance frameworks.
    3. Prototyping and Specification: Create prototypes and specifications for Design and Engineering teams.
    4. Process Analysis and Automation: Analyze business processes, and propose solutions for automation and cost minimization.
    5. Project Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and external vendors for timely project delivery.
    6. Market Localization: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to adapt solutions for diverse market segments.
    7. Project Leadership: Lead small to medium-sized projects.
    8. Sales Support: Assist in sales activities by attending meetings and assessing proposed solutions.

    Basic Qualifications:

    1. 5+ years of product management or professional services experience in software or technology consulting organizations.
    2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to non-technical business clients in spoken and written English.
    3. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with development teams.
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills gained from professional experience.
    5. Familiarity with project management methodologies, including traditional SDLC, agile, or hybrid approaches.
    6. Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and face challenges.
    7. Ability to work independently and lead a team within client engagements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Relevant experience in wealth management, trading systems, CRM, KYC/AML, cash deposit and withdrawal systems, accounting, or reporting.
    2. Business fluency in Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), or German.
    3. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or other related certifications.
